By selling our electrification kits to your customers, you can not only offer a quality product, but also develop a lasting relationship with them thanks to regular maintenance and follow-up. Electric bikes are used on a daily basis, and are therefore an excellent opportunity to strengthen your relationship with your customers.

• Is it possible to benefit from a preferential rate for the purchase of lots of bicycle electrification kits?

  Of course! As part of the bicycle industry, you can benefit from preferential rates based on the number of orders you place each year.   The VAT applicable to the purchase of a bicycle electrification kit in France is 20%. However, we’re still hopeful, as some bicycle associations and players are campaigning for a reduction in VAT to encourage this environmentally-friendly and sustainable mode of transport.

If you’d like to test our products first, we can discuss the possibility of offering a trial bike in your workshop or store. • What level of service is offered for the installation and maintenance of bicycle electrification kits?

  We are cycle professionals, and the bikes you entrust to us for electrification will be checked before leaving our workshop to guarantee a level of service equivalent to that of a new bike. Of course, if additional repairs are required, we’ll send you a quote beforehand.

  We’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have about using and maintaining your electrified bike kit. In the event of a problem, we are also available to carry out the necessary repairs. We want to build a relationship of trust with our customers, based on the quality of our service and our expertise in electric bikes.

• Are there any long-term financing options available for bike electrification kits?

  We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and bank transfer. We do not currently offer credit purchases.

• Is it possible to customize bicycle electrification kits?

• What's the warranty on bicycle electrification kits?

  Our bicycle electrification kits come with a 24-month warranty. To keep this warranty in effect for 24 months, or even exceed 5000 km in 2 years without major maintenance, it is important to observe the following points:

  1. Use in compliance with legal power and speed requirements
  2. Use of the kit in the right conditions (no intensive off-road use, no loads exceeding 150 kg)
  3. Store under cover to avoid exposure to moisture.
  4. No immersion in water or near fire
  5. Operating temperature from -10°C to 40°C
  6. Battery storage ideally between 15°C and 25°C
  7. Monthly 10-15 minute battery charge when not in use
  8. Do not allow battery to discharge completely (can be programmed via OSF)
  9. Avoid use in extreme conditions (mountains, heavy rain, sand, snow).

  In the event of a problem covered by the warranty, our after-sales service is at your disposal to find a quick and efficient solution (always favoring repair over replacement).
