• Is it possible to get a discounted rate when purchasing bulk orders of bike electrification kits?

  Of course! As members of the cycling community, you can take advantage of special rates based on the number of orders you place each year.   The VAT rate applicable to the purchase of a bicycle electrification kit in France is 20%. However, there is still hope, as some stakeholders and cycling organizations are advocating for a reduction in this VAT rate to promote this eco-friendly and sustainable mode of transportation.

• What kinds of partnerships are possible for the use of your bike electrification kits?

  Of course, there are various types of partnerships we can establish for the use ofour bike electrification kits. If you’d like to test our products first, we can discuss the possibility of providing a test bike at your workshop or store. • What level of service is offered for the installation and maintenance of bike electrification kits?

  We are bicycle professionals. The bikes you entrust to us for electrification will be inspected before leaving our workshop to ensure they meet the same standards as a new bike. Of course, if any additional repairs are needed, we’ll send you a quote first.

  We are here to answer any questions you may have about the use and maintenance of your e-bike conversion kit. If you encounter any problems, we are also available to perform any necessary repairs. We aim to build a relationship of trust with our customers, based on the quality of our service and our expertise in electric bikes.

• Are there any long-term financing options available for bike electrification kits?

  We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and bank transfer. We do not currently offer credit purchases.

• Are bike electrification kits compatible with other smart bike systems?

• What types of training and onboarding services are offered to users?

  We offer step-by-step installation guides with videos and a manual on our website. In addition, each electrification kit includes an installation and user manual. If you need further assistance, we’d be happy to help you by phone or video call—simply schedule an appointment on our website.

• Is it possible to customize bike electrification kits?

• What is the warranty for electric bike conversion kits?

  The warranty for our bike electrification kits is valid for 24 months. To ensure this warranty remains valid for 24 months—and even to exceed 5,000 km in 2 years without major maintenance—it is important to follow these guidelines:

  1. Use in compliance with legal regulations regarding power and speed
  2. Use of the kit in the right conditions (no intensive off-road use, no loads exceeding 150 kg)
  3. Store under cover to avoid exposure to moisture.
  4. No immersion in water or near fire
  5. Operating temperature from -10°C to 40°C
  6. Battery storage ideally between 15°C and 25°C
  7. Monthly 10-15 minute battery charge when not in use
  8. Do not allow battery to discharge completely (can be programmed via OSF)
  9. Avoid use in extreme conditions (mountains, heavy rain, sand, snow).
