Of course! As part of the bicycle industry, you can benefit from preferential rates based on the number of orders you place each year. The VAT applicable to the purchase of a bicycle electrification kit in France is 20%. However, we’re still hopeful, as some bicycle associations and players are campaigning for a reduction in VAT to encourage this environmentally-friendly and sustainable mode of transport.

We are cycle professionals, and the bikes you entrust to us for electrification will be checked before leaving our workshop to guarantee a level of service equivalent to that of a new bike. Of course, if additional repairs are required, we’ll send you a quote beforehand.
We’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have about using and maintaining your electrified bike kit. In the event of a problem, we are also available to carry out the necessary repairs. We want to build a relationship of trust with our customers, based on the quality of our service and our expertise in electric bikes.

Our bicycle electrification kits come with a 24-month warranty. To keep this warranty in effect for 24 months, or even exceed 5000 km in 2 years without major maintenance, it is important to observe the following points:
