Our customer, a regular cyclist in the Toulouse area, who uses his Giant CRS 1.0 bike for velotafing<\/strong>, decided to experiment with electrification<\/strong> and chose our Syklo kit<\/strong> for this transformation. After a 30km trip in each direction, the battery capacity proved to be perfectly adapted to its needs. <\/p>\n

Description of the Electrified Front Bike<\/strong>:<\/h2>\n

Before electrification, his bike was a Giant CRS 1.0,<\/strong> an ideal VTC with V-brakes<\/strong>, a suspension saddle and a Hollowtech Shimano bottom bracket. Its responsiveness and good road performance have made this bike an excellent candidate for electrification<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

Wanting to enhance their velotaf<\/strong> experience, our customer saw electrification as a way of optimizing their bike for their usual commute, enabling an even more enjoyable VAE trekking<\/strong> experience.<\/p>\n

To electrify his Giant bike, our customer chose our TSDZ2b Open Source Motor Kit with torque sensor, EXPERT display and 540Wh battery<\/strong>.<\/a> This kit enabled him to benefit from precise assistance control and a long-range battery.<\/p>\n

Since electrification, our customer has taken full advantage of pedal-assist. He appreciates the capacity of the 540Wh battery<\/a>, which means he doesn’t have to ration energy consumption, while retaining a 25-35% reserve on arrival. <\/p>\n
